40 days ago Yuri Borisov, the former fellow of 7th flow, 
graduation year 1978, in further times - student of political 
economy (University);tutor and part-time postgraduate fellow in 
Economy Engineering Institute (Leningrad-SPb); remarkable 
political activist in times of early and later Perestrojka 
(Leningrad People Front, Democratic Russia); one of kingmakers 
for Mr.Belyaew, Mr.Boldyrew, Mr.Konstantinow and some other 
people (hope these names tell something for american diaspora as 
well)-
left to better world. The physical reason - poisoned by false 
vodka. The heavenly reason was, of course, different - the 
impossibility to leave how the man should normally live on earth.
Being from the most simple workers family (his parents worked as 
workers at Krasnaya Nit factory) he was chosen and strongly 
pulled to be a kind of "exhibition stuff" for late communism 
epoch - a guy from simple workers family who achieved the 
brilliant pikes of honour and power in administrative pyramide. 
In account of time where all of us stood he could make the most 
brilliant governmental and political career and stand now 
somewhere very close to contemporary newsmakers. The problem was 
he never needed it and never wanted it. The things he really 
wanted could be most exactly described as "strawberry fields 
forewer" and "Lucy in the sky with diamonds". The life did not 
give him any diamonds, even strawberries. It gave him 
disappointment, bringing about by men and women, and as a result -
alcoholic disease which ended as it ended. I hope he achieved his 
strawberry fields at last - only a pity he made such a long and 
painful way for there. I was not at funeral - I was informed too 
late, but maybe its even better. They buried an absolutely 
desocialized old nake-headed man who never was Yura Borisov. And 
I shall remember ... 1978, early May, three fellows from 10-7 
successfully used a bottle of "Rkatsiteli" (pro person) and 
moving through Rumiantsew garden in the direction of University 
(I definitely dont remember what in the hell we forget there). 
The day is cold, stormy  and fantastically sunshining. And one of 
the guys climbs up the tree in the garden, and looking to the 
Newa, sings:"Pust etot mir vdal letit skwoz stoletia, no ne 
vsegda po doroge mne s nim. Chem dorozu, chem riskuyu na swete 
ya - migom odnim, tolko migom odnim". This guy was Yura.
Commemorize him, who remembers.
